How to Interpret the Results

BMI uses an established weight-height formula. Adult blood pressure uses AHA categories; it should not be self-diagnosed from one reading. Metabolic age and lung age are dependent on the specified measurement and reference equation. The other wellness-age and lifestyle tools are labelled illustrative. Weeks Left to Live, Death Clock, and Longevity calculate dates you choose, not medical forecasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can these calculators diagnose illness?

No. These are educational tools. A clinician should interpret medical measurements and symptoms.

Is BMI an accurate health diagnosis?

No. BMI is a weight-height screening measure; it does not directly measure body composition or individual health.

Does normal blood pressure rise automatically with age?

Adult AHA categories are based on the systolic and diastolic reading rather than on a higher age-adjusted cutoff.

What information is needed for metabolic age?

Measured resting metabolic rate is needed for the optional RMR-equivalent age comparison; a formula prediction alone cannot measure metabolic age.

Can I calculate lung age without a spirometry report?

No. This calculator requires a genuine FEV1 value measured by spirometry.

Are skin, fitness, biological and heart ages medically validated?

Not in these simple self-report quizzes. They display transparent lifestyle illustrations or measured metrics, not validated biological ages.

Can a death clock predict the actual date of death?

No. This tool only projects a user-chosen age milestone. Individual death dates cannot be derived from these inputs.

How is weeks left to live calculated?

A chosen target birthday is compared with a chosen reference date and the day difference is divided by seven.
